DMCA Policy for Welt Frauentag
Welt Frauentag ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Welt Frauentag service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Welt Frauentag Site or service, please send a "Notice of Infringement" (an "Infringement Notice") to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Welt Frauentag Site or service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a "Counter-Notification" with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material: Identify the specific URL(s) of the material that Welt Frauentag has removed or to which access has been disabled, and before its removal, the location at which the material appeared.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Welt Frauentag may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
